Spicy Turkey Quesadillas

These easy quesadillas are a creative way to use up leftover turkey and cranberries from
Thanksgiving. Plus, the green chilies and hot sauce give it an extra kick of fun.

MAKES: 2 SERVINGS

3 ounces fat-free cream cheese
¹₄ cup chopped fresh or frozen
cranberries, thawed
1 tablespoon canned chopped green
chilies
1 ¹₂teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce
4 flour tortillas(6 inches)
1 cup diced cooked turkey breast


1.Mix first five ingredients until
blended; spread over tortillas. Top two
tortillas with turkey, then remaining
tortillas, pressing lightly.
2.In a large skillet, cook quesadillas over
medium heat until lightly browned and
heated through, 2-3 minutes per side.
PER SERVING 1 quesadilla: 391 cal., 9g
fat (3g sat. fat), 61mg chol., 870mg
