Buckwheat Pancakes


with Açaí Chia Jam


Açaí Chia Jam:
1 Sachet of Amazonia Açaí
1 Tblspn of honey
1/3 cup of chia seeds
Directions:
Melt packet of Açaí in a pot on the
stove with honey, add chia seeds
and stir until thick.

Buckwheat Pancakes:
1 large egg
½ cup buckwheat or gluten free flour
1/3 cup Almond Milk
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp coconut oil or ghee, for cooking
Option - 30g Raw Protein Isolate
Directions:


  1. Whisk egg with almond milk.
    Add buckwheat flour and baking
    powder, whisk until smooth. Add
    more liquid or flour for your desired
    consistency. 2. Heat a frying pan on
    low to medium heat. 3. Pour ¼ cup
    of pancake batter into frying pan
    and cook for 2-3 minutes or until
    small bubbles appear. Flip and
    cook for another 1-2 minutes.
