Soyco Tofu


Stir-fried vegetables
with Japanese tofu
Serves 4 Hands-on time 25 min
Cooking time 10 min

1 x 200g packet Soyco
Japanese Tofu, sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tbsp garlic, crushed
3 shitake mushrooms,
soaked, then sliced
1 small onion, sliced
½ small red capsicum,
cut into thin strips
½ carrot, cut into thin strips
1 celery, chopped
1 bunch baby bok choy, sliced
1 small broccoli, sliced
¼ Chinese cabbage, sliced
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 pinch of white pepper

1 Heat the oil in frying pan
on medium and heat up sliced
tofu for 1 minute on each side.
2 In a wok or large frying pan,
heat oil on high, put the garlic
in and stir for roughly 1 minute
until it looks brownish.
3 Add onion and capsicum,
and stir for another 1 minute.
4 Add the tofu and the rest
of the vegetables, then stir.
5 Add soy sauce and pepper,
stir for 2 minutes until all
heated through, and serve.
