FESTIVE AND FUN

19 Use a Dresden tool or thick
silicone tool to draw in a curve for
the mouth and the beard pattern.

20 Smooth above each line to
create a 3D effect. Flatten out the
remaining beard and trim away the
excess to create a nice shape.

21 Begin to mark the outer area,
using inward and outward strokes
to feather the edges.

22 Continue until you have a nice
fluffy looking beard then add more
texture to the centre.

23 Roll a thin sausage for the lip,
tapered at each end and flatten one
side slightly. Airbrush peach and
add fine lines.

24 Airbrush the mouth area of the
beard pink and give a light spray
to the lip, then attach the lip with a
damp brush.

25 Roll another sausage and flatten
out quite a bit on one side to create
the moustache shape.

26 Add the hair texture with
outward strokes and feather the
edges as before.

27 Place all the pieces together to
ensure a good fit.

13 Add some laughter lines to
the eyes and over the tops of the
cheeks. With the silicone tool,
gently ‘draw’ on the iris and pupil.

14 Paint the iris with Magic Colours
chocolate extra. Paint the outline
then fill with strokes from the outer
edge towards the middle.

15 With Magic Colours black,
outline a larger and smaller circle in
each pupil area. Paint in the pupil
leaving the circles white.

16 Roll a sausage of white the
width of the eyes, cut in half then
flatten the lower edge.

17 Attach the eyebrow with a
damp brush and use the silicone
tool to create the hair with upwards
and outwards strokes.

18 Flatten 230g of paste into a
rough beard shape slightly larger
than the face and thin and flatten at
the top.
