This is an easy tutorial that can be done with all the family
as it is built from edible pieces and involves lots of baking
and painting fun. For me, Christmas is about family and the
simple things so the main cake could be fruit or a ginger cake
or both as it is so tall. The decoration is made of biscuits,
fl ower paste snowfl akes and delicious choux pastry mini buns
fi lled with chocolate ganache to resemble a Christmas tree
and covered in spun sugar strands to add chic sparkle!
