GETTING STARTED
Stripe Sequence:
7 rows in each colour A, B, E, F, C, D
repeated.

WORKING PATTERN
BLANKET
Using 5.5Omm hook and col A
Row 1: 6ch, tr into 4th ch from hook
and in each st of ch. Completes first
block.
Row 2: 6ch, tr into 4th ch from hook
and in each st of ch, twist beg block,
(so wrong side is facing and 3 ch are
at top-these 3 ch will now be referred
to as “loop”) sl st into loop at top of
block. 3ch, 3tr into same loop where
sl st was made. 2 blocks formed.
Row 3: 6ch, turn, tr into 4th ch from
hook and in each st of ch, sl st into
loop at top of next block, 3ch, 3tr into
same loop * sl st in loop at top of next
block, 3ch, 3tr in same sp*to end. 3
blocks formed.
Keeping stripe sequence correct,
continue working Row 3, repeating
between*to * as many times as
needed to work a new block in
each row.
Continue working increasing to row
45 or until desired size has been
achieved.

Row 46 Decrease Row: 3ch, turn,
sl st into top of loop of block just
worked. 3ch, 3tr in same loop* sl st
in loop at top of next block, 3ch, 3tr,
in same space* repeat between * as
many times as needed to work in top
of each block.
Keeping stripe sequence correct
continue working decrease row as
before working 1 less block each row.
Continue until 1 block remains.

MAKING UP
Sew in ends and block to
measurements.
