Audrina’s bitter divorce

D

espite coming to a custody
agreement earlier this month,
Audrina Patridge’s divorce from
Corey Bohan is only getting
uglier. The former Hills star
claims that after returning to
the home they used to share on October 6 –
with a member of the local police department
in tow – to collect toys and clothes for their
16-month-old daughter Kirra Max, she found
her estranged husband had changed the locks.
And when she finally got into the house (which
she owns), the 32-year-old alleges her ‘closet
drawers were ransacked’ and her ‘wedding
rings were missing’ from her jewellery holder.
In the former couple’s agreement, Audrina
was granted full custody of their daughter,
with Corey, 35, granted limited visitation
three days per week. The mum-of-one, who
wed the BMX pro in November last year,
also agreed to pay him $44,000 to move out
of her home by October 13.
Further complicating matters, Corey filed
a request for his own temporary emergency
order against Audrina, alleging she is ‘trying
to goad [him] into a confrontation or violation
of the restraining order to gain media coverage’.
A judge denied his request the next day.
‘She wasn’t trying to entrap him,’ says a pal,
adding that Corey should have ‘let Audrina
and Kirra stay in the house so that his baby
didn’t have to be uprooted. He’s essentially
holding the house for ransom.’
The pair are due back in court in December.

‘[Audrina’s]
conduct since
she filed for the
restraining order
has not been that
of a victim, but
rather more of
the aggressor,’
insists Corey

THINGS
GET NASTY!
Corey has accused
Audrina’s family, including her
dad Mark (right), of ‘harassing’
him. ‘I believe that her actions
are attempts to cause me
to violate the restraining
order so that I will
be arrested,’
he said.

The reality star says
she is ‘fearful of
[Corey’s] temper
because he cannot
control his swearing
and personal attacks
on me, even when in
the presence of our
young daughter’
