BIRDS – MAKE 6
BODY
Using 4.00mm needles, cast on 16 sts.
Inc knitwise into each st to end.
(32sts)
Starting with a purl row, st st 21 rows.
Next Row: K2tog to end. 16sts
Next Row: Purl 1 row.
Next Row: K2tog to end. 8sts.
Break yarn leaving long end. Pull this
through remaining stitches and pull tight.

WINGS – MAKE 2 PER BIRD
Cast on 8 sts.
Row 1: Knit.
Row 2: Knit, increasing 1 st at each
end of row. 10sts
Knit 3 rows
Next Row: K2tog, knit to last 2 sts,
K2tog. 8sts
Next Row: Knit. Cast off.

MAKING UP
Stitch row ends of body together then
