PREP TIME: 5 MINS
SERVES 6 (AS A BREAKFAST)
100g Woolworths Superfood
Mix (see Cook’s Tip)
80g unsalted mixed nuts
50g quinoa flakes
35g (1 cup) Freedom Food
Rice Puffs
35g bran flakes
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp linseed
130g (1/2 cup) diet yoghurt
or 1/2 cup skim milk,
per person, to serve
1 Combine superfood mix,
nuts, quinoa, rice puffs, bran
flakes, hemp seeds, chia
seeds and linseed in a
container. Toss to combine.
2 To serve, spoon yoghurt
into serving bowls. Top with
muesli and serve.

CREPES WITH
YOGHURT, FRUIT
AND MAPLE SYRUP
PREP TIME: 10 MINS
COOK TIME: 15 MINS
SERVES 8 (AS A BREAKFAST)
2 x 250g punnets strawberries,
hulled, sliced
4 pears, quartered, cored, sliced
2 x 160g tubs Vanilla YoPro yoghurt
4 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
4 Tbsp slivered almonds, toasted

Mint leaves, to serve (optional)
Crepes
50g (1/3 cup) plain flour
55g (1/3 cup) wholemeal plain
flour
250ml (1 cup) light milk
60g egg
1 To make the crepes, whisk the
flours, milk and egg in a medium
bowl until smooth. Pour into a
jug. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2 Spray a small non-stick
frying pan with cooking spray.
Heat over medium heat. Pour a
small amount of batter into the
pan and quickly move pan to
swirl batter over base. Cook for
1-2 minutes or until light golden
underneath. Turn crepe over and
then cook for a further 30 seconds
or until lightly browned. Transfer
to a plate. Repeat with the
