T

his month sees more

new instrument panels

from Yahu as well as two

new additions to their seatbelt

range. A couple of the panels in

this batch will require a bit more

work than just replacing the

kit part, as some have multiple

parts to better represent the

layered efect of many real panels.

Despite this I have no hesitation

in recommending this range to

those new to adding detail, or

those who are more experienced.

CONCLUSION

If you are new to adding that bit of

extra detail to a model or are just

looking to lift an otherwise good

cockpit then these panels will

really it the bill, as they are a very

simple drop in replacement, as it

says on the packet ‘Just Stick’!

Djiti Production

W

e recived the irst

igure sets from this

French manufacturer,

a familiar nameto many

armour modellers for their

1/35 scale resin igures.

This month we have two1/48

scale set the irst supplies a

typical RAF ground crewman

while the second is a WAAF. I

particularly like the Woman’s

Auxiliary Air Force igure

as WAAF’s are rarely seen in

model form. The second set

provides two RAF pilots in a

far more relaxed poses than

the more formal straight

poses that we see so often.

All of these sets are beautifully

cast and a test it shows that

the it is very good with only

minimal work beforehand..

CONCLUSION

I really like the casting on these

igures and I really hopew

they sell well enough that this

manufacturer will consider 1/32

scale versions which for my aging

eyes would be easier to paint.
