andwasveryreasonedandlogical,”re-
membersGalt.“Hewasveryarticulate
andeloquent,butdefinitelynota lec-
ternbangerorwildhandgesticulator.
Andhewasn’taffiliatedtoanypolitical
party– I thinktheywouldhaveliked
himtohavebeen,buthewasa bitofa
maverick,I guess.”
