This is one of those tools that will sometimes
perform wonders, but at other times can
result in an awful mess. It lets you move objects from
one position to another by making a rough selection
then dragging it. It’s great when the backdrop is plain
and uniform, but less so if it’s cluttered or detailed.

Check Sample All Layers in the tool options, then make a new layer before using
the tool. This way your original image is preserved if the tool makes a mess.
