MATERIALS FOR ALL CARDS
METHOD
1 Fold white card 210mm x 160mm in half
and place the romantic rectangles die on
top, letting the edge of the die overlap the
spine by a few millimetres, then die-cut
and emboss it.
2 Die-cut and emboss espresso card with
the same die and glue it to the card front.
3 Punch the left-hand side of espresso card
80mm x 50mm with the scalloped scallop
border, layer 3rd of March paper
80mm x 45mm on top then secure it to the
left-hand side of 1899 paper
80mm x 130mm with double-sided tape.
4 Colour 160mm of lace with a mauve
marker, wrap it around the bottom of the
panel and secure this to the card front with
mounting tape.
5 Die-cut virtuoso music out of espresso
card, cut it in two and attach the pieces
over the lace as shown.
6 Stamp Fabulous You Seasons & Nature bird
and ‘forever friends’ sentiment on pieces
of blender card with rich cocoa ink.
When a die-cut strip is too short for your card front,
cut it in two and cover the gap with a stamped layer.
TIP
7 Colour the bird with markers then cut both images out separately, ink the edges
with vanilla and layer them on espresso card leaving 3mm borders. Add the
sentiment with double-sided tape then the bird with mounting tape.
