1 oz. gin (Duncan
recommends a London
dry gin or Leopold’s Navy
Strength American gin)
1 oz. cognac (Duncan
recommends Maison Rouge
V.S.O.P. Cognac or Landy
VS)
¾ oz. lime juice
½ oz. raw sugar simple syrup
4 oz. ginger beer

DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients except gin-
ger beer with ice and pour into a
tall glass. Top with ginger beer.

KALE MARY
INGREDIENTS
Kale mix
1½ oz. cucumber vodka
1 oz. limeade
1 Tbsp. granita
2 oz. ginger beer

DIRECTIONS
Combine first three ingredients;
top with ginger beer.
