Flexibility merges with functionality in this new range of concepts developed by Vitruvius Yachts,
which is the design studio with renowned designer Philippe Briand at the helm. To name a cou-
ple of successful superyachts there are “Exuma” and “Galileo G”. The range is made up of six
superyachts, which are similar to one another in terms of size. Among them there’s a 55 metre
sailing yacht featuring the functionality typical of explorer models. The design studio wishes to
demonstrate, with these new models, how the Mediterranean yacht, whose project design is

two 9 metre tenders, toys or a sailing boat. The yacht is built in steel with aluminium alloy su-
perstructure, observation ‘look out’ deck for bird watching and whale spotting purposes and the
owner’s apartment which runs full beam across along the main deck.
An alternative version of this model has been built which comprises a garage on two levels with
‘copter pad, specially designed to dedicate more space to conviviality.

The “Expedition Beach Club” concept concerns the motor yacht Ice Class segment. It’s 45 me-
tres long which thanks to the engine room which has been installed very low, there are ample
volumes dedicated to the beach club area for guests’ amusement and well being.
The “Explorer” version is available as a50 metre all aluminium alloy or like the 46 metre in steel
with Ice Class hull which offers more accrued space below decks so as to have room enough for
additional tenders and toys. The garages leading to them are accessible thanks to wing shaped la-
teral gates installed into the topsides. The 45 metre “Crossover” comprises the same quality and
aesthetics used for the Explore range which include sporty aspects borrowed from traditional
superyachts such as sunbathing areas or convivial lounges in which to relax. In this case as well
