adopting seven found stuffed toys and redesigning them with
oversized white round heads devoid of any features. By poising
them in the gallery in all their flawed glory she redeemed
them from their handicaps, which ranged from a missing ear
to an absent tail. These found stuffed animals may have been
inanimate, but their previously-owned, lost-and-found status
reminded us of their past lives as objects of comfort for their
owners.
Princess Pea had simultaneously expanded her preoccupation
with the genre of toy sculptures with a set of eight wooden toy
