Berry-Crunch Yogurt Bowls
SERVES 2 (6 oz. yogurt +^1 ⁄ 2 cup berries



  • 5 nugget snacks each)


In a bowl stir together 12 oz. plain fat-free
Greek yogurt (two 6-oz. cartons),^1 ⁄ 2 tsp.
vanilla, and^1 ⁄ 4 tsp. ground cinnamon.
Spoon yogurt mixture into two bowls
and top each with^1 ⁄ 2 cup fresh or frozen
raspberries, blueberries, and/or chopped
strawberries and 5 pieces crunchy
baked cinnamon nugget snacks (such
as Somersaults) or 1 crunchy cinnamon
breakfast biscuit, crushed. Drizzle each
with 1 tsp. honey.
