Canon unveils EOS C300 Mark II
Canon launched the EOS C300 Mark II
digital cinema camera at the Broadcast
India Show in Mumbai. The camera
is equipped with several features like
4K/2K/Full HD internal and external
National
recording (including
4K RAW output) and
a 10-bit Canon Log 2
Gamma.

said, “After extensive
research and user
inputs, we developed
the EOS C300 Mark
II digital cinema
camera that promises
to deliver improved
image-expression capabilities as
well as operability, ruggedness and
expandability. Moreover, the improved
features including 4K/2K/Full HD
internal and external recording
(including 4K RAW output) and a new
10-bit Canon Log 2 Gamma add to the
uniqueness of the product.”
The camera is mounted with an 8.85MP
Super 35mm 16:9 CMOS sensor
that supports 4K recording with a
maximum resolution of 4096x2160
pixels.
The camera keeps noise at bay and
delivers ISO speeds of up to 102,400
when taking pictures in low-light
conditions. The sensor also cuts down
data-readout time to about half of the
earlier EOS C300. The camera will be
available at Rs. 12,99,000.

lipkart has tied up with Spice
Hotspot to feature its phone
portfolio in retail stores across
India. At selected outlets, the store
staff will assist customers in placing
their orders on the Flipkart app.
Customers can accept the delivery
of their phones either at the Spice
Hotspot outlet or any address of their
convenience. With this association, a
larger target audience can be reached,
who are not too comfortable with
technology. They can place their
orders at a store near them.
Both the companies have designed an
experience wherein customers will get
to see a live demo of the phones
on display in exclusive experience
zones. The staff will also address
product queries.
Belkin announces
4-Port car charger

elkin launched the Road
Rockstar—a 4-Port car charger
allowing up to 4 people to
simultaneously charge their electronic
devices. The charger has been created
with a 6-foot cable and 4 USB ports.
The 2 front USB ports supply power
for devices at a shared power of 2.4A
while the back ports provide 2.4A per
port for charging two tablets. Also
available with the charger is a double
sided 3M tape that helps mounting the
charger anywhere in the car for easy
accessibility.
The charger is available Rs.2999
from retail outlets, online retailers
and dealers.
Flipkart goes offline
with Spice Hotspot
Pragyan—the annual techno-
management festival of National
Institute of Technology (Trichy) is
conducting an online photography
contest. Based on the theme
Fractals, entries will be accepted
from 25th November 2015 till 20th
December 2015. 20 contestants
will be shortlisted for the second
round, which will take place from
15th January to 30th January,
