communication. In the first part, Bob looks at the essential skill

training plan to help you to structure your learning (p. 33). We
also have a new picture section (The Big Picture, p. 6), a new
language element on writing emails (p. 50) and a new column in
which Elisabeth Ribbans looks at the human side of business
