Bllsmess Spotlight bin. Ich möchre mich überschwänglich

bei Ihnen für das Herausbringen von Skill Up! bedanken. Die

Nr. 2 " Talking about müney" har mich restlos begeistert.

Trotz meines biblischen Alters sirL.e ich aber noch jeden Tag

ca. zwei Stunden im Auto, um meine Kunden zu besuchen.

Diese zwei Srunden würde ich liebend gerne zum Vokabel-

lernen verwenden. In der Vergangenheit habe ich noch mit ei-

nem Grundig-Rekorder und Bändcrn versucht, selbst Auf-

nahmen zu machen. Das Problem war, dass die Aufnahmc-

qualität schlecht war. Können Sie mir einen Tipp geben, wel-

che Gcräte ich kaufen muss, um möglichst viele Vokabeln,

aber auch aktuelle Texte herunterladen zu können?

MP3 vocabulary files. you need onty buy a very simple MP3 player. Today, most

MP3 players will hold more than enough files for your needs. 11, however, you

want to record yourself. you will probably need to buy a more expensive mod-

el. If I were you, I would go to your local electronic store and ask for a dem on-

stratiofl 01 the latest models. telliflg the salesperson that you want to use il

for recording speech as weil as for listening to MP3 files. Good luck and hap-

dcfinitely relevant to my eall-agent srudents. Secondly, with

fear and rrepidarion, could! point out a couple of small

things? Secrion 5-b (pali te phoning) gives the option:

"Would you give me your name, please?" !'ve never acrual-

Iy heard that on the phone and always use "could". In Sec-

rion 1O-d (Howare we doing?), [ would probably use

"were" ("Staff were ... ") rather rhan "was", as th e customer

may have had dealings wirh more than o ne persoll. Please

take these thoughts in rhe kind spirir ther are offered.
