The work of the late Alexander Goudie (1933–2004), one of Scotland’s leading figurative
painters, is to go on show at the Mall Galleries. This exhibition includes paintings,
drawings, sculpture and ceramics, drawn from the whole of Goudie’s career. Lachlan
Goudie (see The ArtistFebruary 2016), will talk about his father’s life and legacy on April
12, and Andrew Marr (see The ArtistOctober 2015) will be one of the speakers talking
