contemporary art market in Canada.

of Canadian artists via exhibitions and

A New Look for Papier
A new year means a new location for
the nomadic fair. Papier16 swaps
Montreal’s Mile End neighbourhood
for a historic building in the Old Port of
Montreal. A century-old building that once
greeted travellers arriving in Montreal
by boat, Hangar 16 was revived from
obsolescence in the s. 2ffering
industrial elegance and views of the city,
the new building will maintain the
fair’s spacious booths and aisles. And,
located a stone’s throw from the
Champs-de-Mars metro station, it’s easily
accessible from the rest of the city.

in French and English. All of them
