he new Horizon

FD85 motor yacht

is proving a real

eye-catcher on

an international

level.

Initially launched in 2016,

the innovative and unique

FD85 has become one of

Horizon’s most popular

models with over eight

hulls either delivered or

in production for markets

around the globe, including

Australia, Japan, the US, and

the Netherlands.

The result of close

collaboration between

world-renowned yacht

designer Cor D. Rover

and Horizon’s in-house

naval architecture

team, the Horizon FD

incorporates an advanced

hull form dubbed the

High-Performance Piercing

Bow (HPPB) which allows

for excellent seakeeping at

both slow and high speeds.

She offers a 23ft 3in beam

for maximised indoor and

outdoor spaces, which is

enhanced through large

sections of floor-to-ceiling

windows in the salon. A well-

designed on-deck master

stateroom, in addition

to four guest staterooms

below deck, will ensure

a memorable cruising

experience for owners and

guests.

The FD85 will debut in
