Haslar Marina
Located just inside the entrance to Portsmouth
Harbour, Haslar Marina is perfectly positioned
for escaping into the Solent, or for exploring
the delights of Portsmouth city. Easily identified
by the big green lightship, the marina has over
500 berths and can accommodate boats up to
40m and 4.5m draught. The lightship is home
to one of the two bar-restaurants on-site, and
other facilities include the Sealift3 boat hoist,
sea school, charter and marine services. The
shops, pubs and beaches of Gosport are a
short walk away, or hop on the Gosport Ferry
for old Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays and the
historic dockyard.

Portland Marina
Portland Marina provides a great stopping-
off point for boats on passage across the
Channel or rounding the Bill. Accessible in
all conditions, the marina is located within
Portland Harbour behind its own breakwater.
The 260 berths are well spaced and provide
plenty of manoeuvring room for boats up to
30m and 4.5m draught. There is a fuel dock,
full-service boatyard and a dry stack for 120
boats. Also on-site is a bar-restaurant, café,
chandlery, boat sales, sea school and
marine services. Castles, sculpture quarries,
nature reserves, smugglers haunts and the
impressive Chesil Beach are all close-by.

East Cowes Marina
East Cowes Marina enjoys a quiet and
sheltered location on the sunny east bank
of the River Medina. Just 500m south of
the chain ferry, the marina provides a
tranquil berth while still being in walking
distance of the pubs and shops of Cowes
High Street, and a stroll from Osborne
House. The Lifeboat pub on-site provides
good food and lovely river views, and
Waitrose is close-by. Accessible at all
states of the tide, the 230 berth marina can
accommodate boats to 20m or more, and
rallies and groups are always welcome.
Advance booking is recommended.

Weymouth Marina
At the top of Weymouth Harbour, Dean &
Reddyhoff’s Weymouth Marina provides 250
sheltered berths for boats up to 20m and
2.5m draught. This friendly marina is popular
with families, locals and visitors, and is a
great place to enjoy the busy holiday town
of Weymouth with its award-winning beach.
Chesil Beach, the Fleet and Abbotsbury
Swannery are a drive or bus ride away.
The marina is accessed via the Weymouth
bridge, which lifts every two hours between
8am and 9pm in the summer. There is a free
waiting pontoon by the bridge, handily close
to some welcoming pubs.
