buildings are the only
thing to be seen for

must have felt.’

Margaret says she never remembers a time
when she didn’t take pictures. ‘I can’t draw or
paint,’ she says, ‘so the camera has always been
my outlet for creativity. Photography lets me
express myself, and also lets me visit some
beautifulplaces with stunning scenery.’ One such place is
the USA’s ‘Big Sky Country’ of Montana and North Dakota,
where these images were taken. ‘Shooting these buildings,
vehicles and landscape in b&w infrared gives them a timeless
quality,’ she explains. Visit http://www.mmrainey.com.
