Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas has returned to Southampton
for the summer season with a host of new bars, restaurants and entertainment
facilities following a multi-million dollar refit. The new features, such as the
‘Sky Pad’ virtual reality bungee trampoline experience, are to be rolled out
on nine other ships in the fleet as part of the company’s ‘Royal Amplified’
