Italian yard Fincantieri

has revealed their

latest concept, 66m

superyacht Griffin 66. The project is a result of a

collaboration between Fincantieri, Castlemaine

International, Christopher Seymour Designs and

Guido de Groot Design.

The Griffin 66 is the smallest of a new collection

of motor yachts from Fincantieri, the Griffin series,

which will also be available in 77m, 88m and

99m versions.

The contemporary architectural look, taken together

with the finest furnishing materials and solutions,

gives the interiors a sophisticated and elegant look.

The name ‘Griffin’ was chosen because the project

emulates the powerful and majestic mythological

creature in its bold and graceful lines, with her exterior

lines bringing together functionality and beauty.

Her beam will be 12.3m, a draught of 3.8m, will

have an interior volume of 1,575 GT and a top speed

of 17 knots. Accommodation will be for 12 guests

across 6 cabins and crew quarters for staff up to 15

people and a garage space for an 8-metre tender.
