called “Bokeh” and set its blend
mode to Screen. In the Brush panel,
increase the brush Hardness to 65%
and the Size to 300 px (1,000 px if
using the full-size image). Reduce the
Spacing to 33%, and in the Shape
Dynamics, reduce the Size Jitter to
11%. Press D then X to set the paint
color to white, set the brush Opac-
ity to 20% in the Options Bar, and
paint in some large bokeh blooms.
Reduce the layer Opacity to 19% to
make the blooms very subtle. And
you’re done! n
