[ 79 ]Step Four: Go to the 3D menu to New Mesh
from Layer and choose Postcard. You won’t see
any change other than the fact that the circular
flare is now in 3D space.
Switch to the Move tool (V), and in the
Options Bar, choose the Orbit the 3D Camera
tool in the 3D Mode section.
Step Five: Open the 3D panel located under
the Window menu and make sure Current
View is selected. Then, just click on the canvas
and drag to change the angle of the flare.
Step Six: You can also add a layer style to
a 3D layer in the same way as a regular layer.
For this effect, go to Layer>Layer Style>Outer
Glow, and experiment with the settings. click
OK to close the dialog.
