NEW YACHTS

NEW yachts

avaria stepped up the pace of
the rollout of its new line of large
yachts, with the C45, C50 and
C65 all launching at boot Düsseldorf in
January and joining the C57. The two
smaller boats replace the old Cruiser 46
and Cruiser 51 models respectively, while
the C65 marks a new level of both size
and luxury specification for the company.
The biggest boat in the range keeps
Bavaria in line with the other volume
boatbuilders that have been launching
progressively larger models. A stumbling
block for Bavaria in this respect has

Bavaria C-Line range

long been its production line in southern
Germany, which can’t accommodate the
larger yachts. The C65 is therefore built
in a new facility in Croatia.
This size of yacht is a big step up from
mass-market charter fleets and well into
the realm of discerning owners.
Bavaria recognises this and the C65
is more of a semi-custom offering than
the company has previously offered. It’s
also more performance oriented than
Bavaria’s existing models – it’s a Jason
Ker design from 2014, originally for the
Croatian Salona yard.

Bavaria’s new flagship is a big step-up in size and quality. The
C65 is a particularly spacious and well-equipped model
