Sanctuary Cove International

Boat Show celebrates 30 years

More than 40,000 visitors
are expected to experience
this year's 30th edition 2018
Sanctuary Cove International
Boat Show (SCIBS) with
some 300 exhibitors on
display over four action-
packed days from May 24-27.
SCIBS organisers said an
impressive fleet of high-
calibre Australian and
international brands will be
on show, with superyachts to
dayboats, and everything in-
between, guaranteed to cater
to every interest, budget and

boating style.
Among the star marques
are Maritimo, Riviera,
Princess, Horizon Motor
Yachts, Sunseeker, Monte
Carlo, Whitehaven, Palm
Beach, Grand Banks, Gulf
Craft, Fairline and Longreef.
In fact, there will be more
than 150 boats on SCIBS
marina, as well as hundreds
of other watercraft and
the latest gear and gadgets
exhibited throughout The
Marine Village.

Maritimo stages the highly-
anticipated world launch
of the dashing superyacht-
esque X60, along with eight
additional boats on-water
including the S51, M51, M59,
S70 and M54. The X60 boasts
features more familiar to the
superyacht segment than
a 60-footer, featuring an
innovative aft cabin allowing
owners the choice of three
distinct configurations:
a beach club cabana, a
large tender garage or an
additional queen stateroom.

A highlight of this year's
show is the return of Gold
Coast manufacturer Riviera,
whose multi-million-dollar
showcase will include two
world premieres. Having
launched more than 5200
motorboats over its 37-year
history, Riviera will present
its five distinctive and highly-
awarded model collections:
the SUV, Flybridge, Sports
Motor Yacht, Sport Yacht and
the Belize motoryacht range.
