Author's explanation:
Following the initial broadcast, justina should repeat the broadcast at 30 minute
intervals - to warn any vessels which may have moved into the area. Once the
problem has been corrected, a 'cancellation' message is sent - using the original
'date/time'reference. As Thames Coastguard acknowledged the original
transmission,}ustina should ensure that Thames CG receives the cancellation
message. Full GMDSS regulations allow for the watchkeeper to 'sign-off' Channel
76 watch when the situation has been resolved. An amendment to the original
GMDSS rules, however, means that watch on Ch 76 must be maintained, when at
sea and whenever practicable, until 7 Feb 2005 (after which the entry timed 7322,
above, will read 'Off Watch 'for Channel 76)

Example - Vessel]ustina/GjVS, being of deep draft and

restricted movement, wants to ask an unknown vessel,

observed by radar, to allow justina to move out of restricted

waters (On Ch13 - the Intership Safety of Navigation

Channel)
'Vessel two miles East of Dunderhead Buoy, steering 270 degrees - This is
justina,justina,justina - GolfJuliet Uniform Sierra - Over'
'GJUS this is GWIZ -two miles East of Dunderhead Buoy and approaching - Over'
