Globe Wireless ARQlTOR Service - Ship-to-Ship Messages


Ship-to-ship messages can be sent via the Globe Wireless system,
using an 'Internet' addressing format, e.g., the sending vessel addresses
the message to:
GWIZ (AT) GLOBEEMAIL.COM+
('GWIZ' being the radio call sign of the receiving vessel)


Globe Wireless ARQlTOR Service - Shore-to-Ship Messages


In addition to delivery over the international telex network, shore-
based Internet users, or users on private e-mail systems, can send messages
to TOR-fitted vessels using the address format .. [email protected] ..
(i.e., ship's radio callsign followed by @globeemail.com). Shore users
need to register with Globe Wireless and be allocated a 'Billing Code',
