Using the mothership’s style as inspiration,
the team created a 30ft limousine tender,
50ft chase boat, 26ft catamaran landing
craft and 26ft sports tender with extensive
use of glass.
Star features
The limousine tender received special
treatment, with a folding canvas roof and
sweeping curved glass for spectacular
views. There were also plenty of surprisingly
well-developed stylistic flourishes, right
down to the grille covering the engine
air vent on the sports tender, creating
a fleet that truly reflected the character
of the mothership.
The judges felt
that this project
had consistency,
emotion, elegance
