it’s a seller’s market,” he says.

move,” Tom continues. “However, over
the past six to twelve months, the cost of
labour and building materials has rocketed
and actually it can be better value to
move home rather than carry out vast
improvements. It’s also a good time for
first time buyers to make their purchase,
before house prices further increase.”
