gold bank card comprising
32,400 individual bank
cards was created by ICBC
on 14 Mar 2016. The finished
display stretched for more
than 151 m^2 (1,625 sq ft).

cup mosaic
To showcase the launch
of their new internet
campaign, on 9 Apr 2016
Vodafone Mobile Services
Ltd (IND) created a 627-m^2
(6,749-sq-ft) mosaic of their
logo using disposable cups
in Lucknow, India. It took
250 employees four-and-
a-half hours to place the
c. 140,000 paper cups.

Largest notebook
On 26 Apr 2016, a notebook
measuring 0.99 m^2
(10.65 sq ft) was presented
at the Business Design
Centre in Islington, London,
UK. It was created by
stationery firm Nuco and
was an exact-to-scale
replica of one of their
existing products. The
finished notebook weighed
almost 40 kg (88 lb 2.9 oz).

Largest shirt mosaic
On 1 Jun 2016, detergent
giant Ariel unveiled a
mosaic of 4,224 shirts with
a total area of 1,482.03 m^2
(15,952 sq ft) at a plant in
Louveira, São Paulo, Brazil.
The mosaic was in support
of the home nation’s
Olympic hopefuls at the
Games in Rio de Janeiro.

On 12 Jun 2016, the Marina
Bay Sands convention
centre in Singapore was
haunted by 263 people

A teapot owned by the
N Sethia Foundation (UK)
was appraised at $3 m
(£2.3 m) in London, UK, on
9 Aug 2016. The “Egoist”
teapot was hand-made by
jeweller Fulvio Scavia (ITA),

the body and a 6.67-carat
ruby in the centre.
