On 19 Mar 2 016, Jamshid Turaev (UZB) pulled
himself up by his middle fingers 19 times
in one minute at a fitness club in Limassol,
Cyprus. Turaev, who had been practising for
this record attempt for five years, managed
25 in the allotted time, but six pull-ups were
