Body butter or body lotion?

The reason Most body butters are
heavy and create an occlusive
(non-porous) barrier between your
skin and outside elements. While
sealing in moisture, they can cause
breakouts. Lotions are lighter, but
may not soothe really dry skin. Try
a semi-occlusive butter, such as cocoa
butter, which seals in moisture but
allows skin to breathe normally.
