Foxcroft Restaurant at High Constantia has won the

2016 Eat Out Retail Capital New Restaurant of the

Year Award. This is Scot Kirton from La Colombe's

second restaurant together with head chef, Glen

Foxcroft Williams. On the menu are items like Squid

with chorizo, ajo blanco and wild garlic; Beef tartare

made from grass-fed beef, seaweed, pickles and

puffed rice; and Rose and coconut panna cotta
