A unique workshop merging yoga with
ancient shamanic practice and ritual. Calling
on the power and wisdom of the elements,
nature, our ancestors and the spirit of
the asanas to deepen our connection to
all life, to one another and to ourselves.
Yoga as a sacred offering and expression
of gratitude, for healing, transformation
and empowerment. Ride the beat of the
shamanic drum in a spirit of love and
exploration in this workshop.

Yogabeats Experience
with David Sye
Yogabeats has remained totally without
rigid form or restrictions, experimental and
spontaneous, just like jazz or any other free
form art. It openly encourages the practitioner
to deeply explore their own physical and
psychological boundaries. What is understood
within this practice will directly impact upon
the individual’s perception of life itself.

Upside Down - Advancing
Your Practice with
Celest Pereira
This workshop is a fun exploration of poses
that take you upside down. If you want to go
upside down but are a little scared of it, then
this is the workshop for you. We will break
all poses down into manageable steps that
give you a clear path to achieving what you
thought was impossible.

Uplift the Body and Prana
with Yogi Ashokananda
Under Yogi Ashokananda’s expertise, this
workshop will take you on a journey through
your body and mind, in energising hatha yoga
and cleansing kriyas, revitalising every part
of you, releasing unwanted emotional and
physical toxins. We will end the workshop
with a deep savasana and meditation.

Play With Fire: The
Alchemy of Yoga
with Elizabeth Row
In this 90 minute class, we will make the
most of the alchemy in our lives, embracing
the journey between fiery destruction and
new beginnings. We will move through a
strong vinyasa practice in The Kaivalya Yoga
Method, generating heat to awaken the
body’s energetic channels.
