Dream retreat
I’m Lisa - an ex-ballerina and now a dance
and yoga instructor based in lovely (although
today very windy) Cornwall. I recently hosted my first ever
retreat - a dance and yoga one on the North Cornish
coast. I did this after looking to go on a dance and yoga
retreat (as opposed to just yoga!) and there wasn’t one
so I found my dream location and arranged my dream
retreat. It was last weekend and it was a huge success
with lots of lovely ladies enjoying the dance/yoga blend.

Inspirational teacher
I was so happy to see your interview with Mona Lisa Godfrey recently
(OM Meets: issue 78, November 2017). I attended a yoga class with her
earlier this year
and she was so
inspirational, as
well as fun and
down-to-earth.
I’ve been back for
more since then,
enjoying classes as
often as possible,
and am really glad
to see her getting
the recognition that
she deserves.

Yoga newbie
I bought my first copy of OM magazine at the OM Yoga Show
in London at the end of October — and I love it! I’m just a yoga
newbie myself but have really embraced the practice since starting
out. Your magazine is exactly what I need to keep the good vibes going after
a class. It’s also wonderful to feel connected to a much larger community of
like-minded people out there too. Thank you OM - for the magazine and your
amazing yoga show.
