nature at its best, and perfect for yoga and reflection. “Hawaii has
a powerful healing energy which stays with you long after you visit,”
she says. “Ho’okipa Beach Park in Paia was one of my favourite spots
on Maui. We would meditate on the cliff edge as the sun set over the
shimmering waters of the Pacific Ocean. I love this photo as it captures
the magical vibe and aloha spirit of the island. It also reminds me of
our inner light, and how yoga helps us to create a special energy that
radiates out into the world.”
