Rescue Remedy:
Reach for the ‘rescue remedy’, a personal favourite for all things
stressful! It comes in so many different forms, there’s something for
everyone. It takes the edge off the fullness of a panic attack
or anxiety.


Crystals:
Carry a crystal, preferably a palm crystal that you can massage in
your hand during a panic attack or anxiety, Obsidian or Tourmaline
are great at absorbing negative energies and good for keeping you
grounded. Just remember to cleanse them daily.


Talking:
Finally, and probably the hardest thing to do, is tell people. Explain
you’re having an attack and ask them to stay with you until it
passes. You’ll be surprised how many people suffer with them and
understand what you’re going through.

A JOURNEY THROUGH


PANIC AND ANXIETY
“As I sat there on the train gripping the Japanese
tourist’s knees, with surges of pure fear running through
my body, I knew things had to change. I had to change,
my mindset had to change.
The train journey was 30 minutes in total and even
though I had built up the confidence to embark on this
short commute I ultimately knew I wouldn’t get through
it unscathed. And I was right. The anxiety and panic
attacks I’d been experiencing for the past six months
were not subsiding and, what’s more, they were getting
more frequent and more powerful!
I completed the journey and thanked the Japanese
tourist, who had travelled on two more stops to help me
to my destination. It was a definite turning point when I
realised that this manifestation had real conviction, real
power and I was feeding it oxygen.”
