Kath is a freelance writer who specialises in fitness and lifestyle
issues. She chatted to a number of yoga teachers in Scotland

about promoting health and fitness and a keen yogini. Earlier

Jill Lawson
Jill is a writer and yoga teacher living in south-west
Colorado, in the USA. She contributes our regular Meditation
of the Month column (see page 90 in this issue). Jill is the
owner of Heart and Core Yoga Studio and the founder of
Jill Lawson Yoga 200 hour, anatomy-based teacher training
programme (jilllawsonyoga.com). Her extensive background
in kinesiology combined with her love of yoga are what make
