Yoga Detox

The nicest way to transform your life in 2018:

book yourself onto a yoga, detox or wellness retreat

T

he trend for wellness getaways isn’t slowing down for
2018, with almost double the amount of people planning
to take health and wellbeing trips in 2018 compared to
2017 (from one in 10 in 2017 to nearly one in five
in 2018).
That’s the view of online holidays giant Booking.com. But, more
than just a holiday, it’s got profound implications for how you move
forward with the rest of your life afterwards.
Health and wellness inspired activities high on the travel agenda
in 2018, it says, include visiting a spa or receiving beauty treatments,
going on a yoga retreat, undertaking meditation/mindfulness or
taking a full body detox holiday.
Partaking in a health and wellness trip may also be good for the
mind, as over half of respondents to a recent Booking.com survey
say that going on holiday is a moment for them to reflect and make
better lifestyle choices — something which can be easily facilitated
through a health and wellness trip.
“Travel is about discovering, relationship building, staying healthy,
and getting back in touch with things that really matter most,” said
travel trends expert, David Levine.

India’s most popular tourism destinations.

Rishikesh (India)

you’re in search of true spiritual enlightenment. Something for
everyone here.

It’s not India, but Bali is a great gateway if you’re looking for an
exotic yoga detox. Beautiful location to rediscover your inner beauty
and limitless potential, with great yoga too.
