the other thing that has been crazy helpful for me is to have
an idea of when I’m going to do those things. So, beside
every task, I put a letter code (like M for morning or AS for
after school or E for evening). This is especially helpful on
crazy heavy to- do list days because I can just focus on the
M tasks (for example) in the morning and disregard every-
thing else, which helps me be not so overwhelmed with all
