This sequence is a little bit more challenging than the
preceding ones, but like any good workout, it will leave
you feeling energized and ready for the day.


Except for the Sun Salutes, hold each pose for fi ve breaths.
This sequence takes about an hour to complete.



  1. Savasana

  2. Reclined Twists

  3. Cat/Cow

  4. Plank (try to hold for
    one minute before taking
    a Vinyasa or coming to
    Down Dog)

  5. Sun Salute A (twice)

  6. Sun Salute B (twice)

  7. Warrior II

  8. Reverse Warrior

  9. Extended Side Angle

  10. Warrior II

  11. Triangle
    12. Half Moon
    13. Standing Forward Fold
    14. Half Forward Fold
    15. Vinyasa (repeat poses
    7  to 15 for your other side)
    16. Child’s pose
    17. Bridge (three times)
    18. Happy Baby
    19. Seated Staff
    20. Seated Forward Fold
    21. Bound Angle
    22. Reclined Twists
    23. Savasana
