Yoga for Pregnant Women
Yoga is a great way to prepare your body for the upcoming
birth of your little one. However, there are many changes
occurring in your body at this time, and you will need to
adapt your yoga practice in a variety of ways to accommo-
date the pregnancy.
If you have recently become pregnant or you become
pregnant after you’ve been practicing yoga for a while, seek
out a prenatal yoga class where the teacher is well versed
in the modifications you will need to make at every step of
your pregnancy.
