THE ESSENTIAL YOGA POSES
- Stand at the front of your
mat, your big toes touching
and your heels slightly
apart. Spread the weight
evenly through all four
corners of your feet.
- Stand up tall. Spin your
inner thighs toward the
back wall. Engage your
belly and draw your navel
in. Relax your shoulders.
- Let your arms relax along-
side you. Your palms should
face toward your body.
