For the third year running, Yoga Warrior will be returning to The
Hacienda Retreat, Granada, Spain. The Yoga Warrior Holiday will
be jam-packed with yoga, meditation, relaxation, excursions, sun
bathing, swimming in the huge pool and walking in the ive acres of
Hacienda’s private grounds.
After landing in Malaga, kick of your holiday straight away by
stopping of for lunch in Montefrio before heading to the Hacienda
Retreat. Expect Hatha Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Restorative Yoga and
Meditation. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.
No two days will be the same on the holiday but here’s a guide of
what to expect:
- Start your day with an awakening yoga and meditation practice
- A nourishing, freshly prepared vegetarian brunch made from
locally-sourced ingredients - Sunbathing followed by a yoga class or workshop
- Freshly made cake
- Chill time
- A nourishing, freshly-prepared vegetarian dinner made from
locally-sourced ingredients with the option of adding a bottle of wine
or beer - Restorative evening yoga
One day of your trip will also include a visit to the palaces and
